On Wednesday, November 30th, the Western Ohio Regional Liaison for Governor Kasich's office traveled to Darke County. While in the area, Sandra Brasington was given the opportunity to meet with execs from Whirlpool and FRAM and take tours of their facilities. "Both companies are important to the county and both had projects that added employees this year," stated Marc Saluk, DCED Director. "The visit from the Governor's office will hopefully set the stage for more state intervention on behalf of both of these fine companies in the future."
