PROGRAM COMMITMENT

Leadership Darke County is a ten-month educational journey designed for those actively pursuing leadership roles within our community and local organizations.

  • The program kicks off with an orientation that transforms a group of individuals into a cohesive network of empowered community leaders.

  • Each month, participants dedicate one day to exploring a specific leadership topic, coupled with a visit to a local organization.

  • The program culminates in a graduation ceremony held at Darke County Economic Development’s Fall Mixer.

Given the unique nature of each program day, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions. Additionally, participants will be required to contribute to their class’s project, which may involve additional hours outside the scheduled program time. Failure to meet these commitments may result in withdrawal from the program, and tuition is non-refundable.
